The True Love Waits Secondary Schools Tour 2026, organized by the Kuro-Wari Global Foundation, was a multi-school outreach campaign held across February and March 2026, guiding teenagers toward healthy identity, emotional intelligence and value-based decision making. In a time where young people are heavily influenced by social media and peer pressure, the initiative created a safe, honest, age-appropriate space for conversations about love, identity and personal development — covering self-esteem, managing peer pressure, navigating puberty, establishing healthy boundaries, and embracing purity and intentional choices.
The tour reached: Oakbridge Foundation School, Mpape (13 February 2026) — 48 pupils; Anglican International Academy, Zhidu (14 February 2026) — 252 students; Lightway Academy, Wuse 2 (20 February 2026) — 135 students; and Junior Secondary School, Karmo-Sabo (27 February 2026) — 958 students, delivered in collaboration with the AMOR Love Team.
In total the tour reached 4+ schools and 1,300+ students, creating safe spaces for honest conversation, strengthening students' understanding of identity, love and personal values, and fostering new mentorship relationships and school partnerships.
