On 20th January 2023, the Kuro-Wari Global Foundation, in collaboration with Ngage Media Global and Saramez Associates Ltd, donated the first tranche of school desks to Junior Secondary School, Karimo-Sabo, Abuja. This intervention was inspired by a prior visit during the World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2022 outreach, where it was observed that many classrooms lacked adequate seating.
Driven by our commitment to not only identify challenges but also provide practical solutions, KWGF partnered with key stakeholders to improve the learning environment. The provision of these desks marks the beginning of an ongoing effort to ensure students have access to a more comfortable and dignified space for learning. At KWGF, we believe in walking the talk — turning observations into action and impact.
