Break the Cycle, Spark Change – Teen Advocacy Outreach
On 5th December 2025, the Kuro-Wari Global Foundation (KWGF), in partnership with Amor Love Outreach, carried out a teen-focused advocacy outreach at Government Secondary School, Lifecamp, Abuja, under the theme "Break the Cycle, Spark Change." The outreach created a safe, engaging space for open conversations on gender-based violence, emphasizing that it can affect anyone regardless of gender, and addressed physical violence, emotional abuse, sexual violence, cyberbullying and harassment.
Beyond awareness, the sessions built values such as love, respect and empathy as tools for preventing violence and fostering healthy relationships, equipping teenagers to challenge harmful societal norms and become agents of positive change.
