In the spirit of love and giving, the Kuro-Wari Global Foundation carried out a Christmas outreach to Bukpe, an interior village in Gwagwalada, Abuja, on 16th December 2019. The outreach focused on putting smiles on the faces of widows within the community — about 100 widows, alongside their children, were reached with foodstuffs and clothing items to support them through the festive season.
It was a deeply impactful moment, filled with gratitude, joy and renewed hope. Beyond the items shared, the outreach served as a reminder to the women that they are seen, valued and not forgotten. At KWGF, we remain committed to reaching underserved communities, spreading compassion, and creating meaningful impact — one smile at a time.
